If you live in our EMS District (City of Fitchburg, City of Verona, or Town of Verona), FitchRona EMS can train you. You’ll learn what to do if you find yourself in a situation where some needs CPR. You can utilize our facilities, or we can come to your location. We’ll teach you the American Heart Association Heartsaver AED program. This classroom course teaches basic CPR skills such as performing a head tilt-chin lift and giving compressions & breaths. The course provides training for anyone who wants to learn basic CPR and Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) operations for obtaining a Heartsaver course completion card. The course takes approximately 3 hours to complete.
The cost of a course is $200 for 1-9 students. If you have a larger group, please contact us to see if arrangements can be made.
If required, the cost of a CPR card is $21 per student.
