EMT- PARAMEDIC,  Full-Time and Limited Term Employment (LTE) 

Fitch-Rona EMS provides primary 911 service to the City of Fitchburg, City of Verona, and the Town of Verona, as well as supplying Paramedic intercept service to local Basic and Intermediate services.  Our district is adjacent to Madison, WI and has approximately 30,000 residents.  We currently staff two 24-hour ambulances.   Our call volume in 2004 was 2065 calls, and we work under aggressive protocols.  

• Qualifications and Job Summary:  All candidates must be licensed as a WI EMT-Paramedic.  Previous Crew Chief experience preferred, along with 2 years EMT field experience.  Basic computer skills required.  Dane Co. EVOC or equivalent  will be needed as soon as class is available.  Full-Time positions will work a 24 hour schedule.
